1- Mini-Calendar Area
The current month and two months in the future are displayed here. You can click a specific day and the events for that day will appear in the main display area (7). Days with events will be shown with an underline (_) under each day that an event is scheduled.

2- Calendar View Area
Each tab allows you to view the calendar in different incremental views. You may view by day, by week, by two-week, month and year. You can also click the Cal link and view a larger version of the full calendar link.

3- Site Navigation
You are able to search for events, subscribe to calendars for email update of when events change, print calendars in different views, change viewing options, access help documents and if you are a calendar administrator, login to the admin system. You can also jump to a specific day by changing the drop-down month day and year options.

4- Calendar Selection
Here you can select a specific calendar to view and only the dates related to that calendar will be displayed. Listed below are specifics of each calendar:

  • Master Calendar - Lists all dates related to each calendar on one calendar
  • UNO Events - Lists all student sponosored, departmental sponosored and community events related to or for the UNO community
  • Athletic Events - Lists all events for the UNO Privateers athletic teams and dates for clinics and other athletic department events
  • Academic Dates - Lists all academic deadlines including registration fee payment dates
  • Alumni Events - Lists all events specific to UNO Alumni including chapter meetings and other gatherings

5- Filtering
Here you can sort and view events by pre-defined catagories or view different calendars.

6- Add Event button
You can submit an event for approval by clicking this button. Please refer to the Want to Post an Event? page for more information.

7- Main Event View
You can click on an event listed here to get more detailed information regarding this event. Each event will open in an individual window for your viewing.
